SCHOOL DISMISSAL MANAGER
Our School Dismissal Manager (SDM) should be used whenever a student will be absent, will have a late arrival, will dismiss prior to the regular dismissal time, will have a change in pick-up, etc. Absences should be entered in SDM prior to 9:00 a.m. A school staff member will call you between 9:00-10:00 a.m. to verify any absences not recorded in SDM. All other SDM entries should be made prior to 2:00 p.m. or as soon as they are known. If an emergency change should occur after 2:00 p.m. please email the school office at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Messages regarding any absences or changes cannot be taken over the phone.
If you have not established an SDM account, you can go to https://schooldismissalmanager.com/ and create a user name and password, located at the top of the login screen. You can also scroll down the page to the School Dismissal Manager app for All Mobile Devices to download to your mobile device. This allows you to make any needed changes should you not have access to a computer.
